Building Bridges Bingo (BBB) is an interactive RTMH4 experience that helps attendees discover providers, services and resources across the eight dimensions of wellness—and reconnect with them after the conference.
An initiative of Simple Coaching Inc. introduced through the 4th Annual Rethinking Mental Health Conference.
The Experience
How Building Bridges Bingo Works
Providers are introduced progressively while attendees build awareness of available support.
Discover
Attendees receive a 25-square BBB card featuring selected providers and offerings across the eight dimensions of wellness.
Reveal
During scheduled program moments, RTMH4 introduces each provider’s name, primary offering and wellness dimension. Providers are not required to present.
Explore
After being introduced, each provider remains visible on the central BBB display for attendees to explore throughout the event.
Connect
A QR code on the back of every card opens the online BBB Resource Directory with approved provider descriptions, websites and contact information.
No vendor table or live provider presentation is required.

After the reveal, the provider remains visible throughout the conference.

When and where is RTMH4?
RTMH4 will take place November 13, 2026 at Venezia Boston. Final event details will be confirmed in provider materials.
Who attends?
RTMH4 brings together leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, providers, community partners, parents and caregivers.
Is BBB a good fit for my organization?
BBB welcomes qualified businesses, practitioners, nonprofits, community groups and programs with an offering connected to one of the eight dimensions of wellness.
Do I have to attend the conference?
No vendor table or live provider presentation is required. Confirm attendance expectations during the provider review process.
When is payment due?
Payment instructions and the confirmed due date are provided after eligibility and availability review.
What are the participation and asset deadlines?
Confirmed deadlines are provided with the provider-information form and submission instructions.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation terms must be reviewed in the approved provider materials before participation is confirmed.
Is participation limited?
Yes. Community Partner placement is limited to 24, and Featured Partner placement is limited to one.
What information and assets do I need to submit?
Providers submit approved public-facing information, a concise directory description, a working webpage link, contact details when applicable, and an approved logo or high-resolution image.
